Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.

14-day exchange window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

How it works

1. Email moversclo.biz@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange.
2. We'll send return instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we ship your exchange or issue store credit.

Not eligible

Worn, washed, or altered items, and items without tags. Cash refunds are not offered.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
